A few weeks ago, we decided to set up a chessboard on a table strategically placed in a popular pass-through spot in the office.
This way, whenever someone walks by, they are tempted to stop for a quick move before continuing on with their tasks.
This simple addition has quickly become a source of excitement among our crew. What started as a playful experiment has become a popular spot for impromptu chess games throughout the day. A gathering point where all team members can come together and play regardless of their skill level.
