Building a culture of growth – empowering a new generation
We are a group of driven and creative individuals on a constant journey of improvement, all full of personality minus the ego. We work together in a mixture of camaraderie and skills to create digital solutions that make an impact.
What makes us …us?
We enjoy what we do
If there’s one thing that we all share here at Inventiff is our passion for technology, innovation and challenge. That’s what allows us to collaborate effectively and have a culture where creativity flows freely.
We foster growth
We aim to empower the next generation of innovators. Our company culture is designed to offer all our colleagues the space, support and opportunities to grow and evolve. We believe we can always be better versions of ourselves on both a personal and professional level.
We spread the knowledge
Whether we’re picking up the mic at local tech events, writing blog articles or contributing to open-source projects, we always promote free knowledge. The way we see it, this is the best way to generate and sustain innovative ideas.
We value communication
Above all, we’re human. And human relationships are built and maintained through communication. Our teams are operating on a flat hierarchy system, defining a respectful environment in which everybody feels valued and free to express their ideas.

Alex
Full Stack Developer
Alex is, by all means, one of the biggest technology enthusiasts we know ( and we know quite a few).
He’s always found video games to be mind-blowing. That, combined with his natural curiosity and thirst for understanding how everything works, made him develop his deep passion for programming.
When asked about his special skills, he said, in absolute sheer modesty: “I play the drums. That’s the most show-off-worthy one. But I also enjoy cooking healthy breakfast dishes and kayaking.”
He loves the smell of winter, circular windows, latte art, forests in autumn and cats with deep voices. Additionally, he enjoys visual design and small puzzle games and has a passion for entrepreneurship.
Hopes that one day he will work to direct a worldwide hit video game. Among his aspirations, he also mentioned an around-the-world trip and a visit to the Kuril Islands.
He detests the overabundance of cars in cities and remembering deadlines when he’s about to fall asleep.
Vanesa
Front-end Developer
Vanesa’s programming background started in her first year of high school, continued through college and took shape as a WordPress Developer within our team.
With an artistic spirit that’s hard to match, she’s our most crafty team member, in charge of most extra activities, from party planning to Christmas decorations. On top of her bucket list are the plans to witness the aurora borealis live.
She loves cats, Christmas, flowers, spring, surprises, breakfast, scented candles and gingerbread, in that order.
She dislikes the 99.9% of insects, messy rooms and the lack of organisation. Again, in that order.
Teodor
Junior Software Developer
Ciki’s passion for tech it’s all about the endless possibilities it offers for solving complex problems and improving people’s lives. He’s always dedicated time to expanding his know-how and keeping up to date with the trends in technology.
When off work, he enjoys spinning tunes as a DJ at (ro) minimal parties and keeping people on the dance floor until morning. An ex-free runner and parkour athlete, he claims he can backflip anytime, anywhere.
Loves dogs, music and warm weather in the summertime. Despises waking up early, and for whatever reason, the iOS.
Craziest aspiration? Become a farmer upon retirement and live freely in the countryside.
Teodor
Full Stack Developer
In Teo’s words, tech is about creation, innovation and an endless pit of technicalities. As he said, that resonated with him from high school. Thereby he started programming and now burns the midnight oil to erect valuable software as often as he can.
His biggest passion aside from tech? Sound. He’s interested in music producing, custom keyboards, Linux configurations and utility scripting.
Apart from being an ardent Kentucky Fried Chicken connoisseur and enthusiast, he enjoys hiking and overengineering everything he comes across.
When asked about what he strongly dislikes, he mentioned poorly-trained over-confident ba****ds and system-breaking Linux Updates.
Horia
Back-end Developer
Horia is the tangible representation of the word “chill”. He’s the person you really want around when things tend to go south.
A classic Java programmer, he enjoys the insides more than the outsides, video games and Formula 1. Sometimes a combo in between the last two.
Regarding the things he dislikes, he mentioned “waiting for stuff to happen” and couriers. There’s probably a deeply rooted reason for the second one, but we didn’t raise any further questions.
He plans to retire by 40 and make a spiritual trip to the Amazonian forest.
Cosmin
Marketing Specialist
With a passion for writing and a love for all creative things, Cosmin brings a unique perspective to the team. When he’s not crafting content, he can be found on the basketball court, hanging out with his three cats or watching UFC highlights and documentaries about ancient civilisations.
He has a low tolerance for repetitive conversations, way too crowded gyms, and ignorance on all levels. Loves mixology, cooking, and indulging in lectures of psychological depth like Dostoevsky or Faulkner.
On his bucket list is spending a year or two in the peace of the countryside. You know, just to go back to the basics, disconnect from the city noise.
Oana
Front-end Developer
Oana grew fond of programming during high school after creating a mobile video game during a school contest.
She makes sensational sandwiches, has an unmatched sense of humour and empathises with pretty much everything and everyone. Loves Christmas, rose wine and movie binging on cold, rainy nights.
Hopes that one day she’ll have a broader vinyl collection to complete her music room.
She aspires to expand her vinyl collection to fully furnish her music room in the future. As for her bucket list, she wants to tour the Hall of Fame and, while already overseas, gaze upon the grandeur of the Grand Canyon from its edges.
She doesn’t hate many things, but among the few that made it into the list, she mentioned laundry and reckless drivers in traffic.
Andrei
Full Stack Developer
Andrei has been in love with computers for as long as he can remember, spending most of his childhood at internet cafe locations his parents ran.
What resulted out of that combo is exactly what you would expect: a highly-skilled, passionate web developer, professional sharpshooter and international-scene CS GO player.
He’s one of the most zealous car enthusiasts, spending part of his free time watching Formula 1, karting, driving or working on his car. He’s also in love with hip-hop and has been a massive Eminem fan since childhood.
Hates warm beer, stuffed pepper dishes and all skin moisturisers, with no exceptions.
Sorel
Founder
Sorel is the man with the vision behind Inventiff.
He’s the company founder and has dedicated the last three years of his life towards building, scaling and sustaining the brand.
With what seems like unlimited resources of patience, drive and energy, he’s always around to give a pep-talk when most needed, boost morale or lead by example.
Although we do not know for certain, we all suspect he runs on mostly coffee and occasional pizza slices that he eats sitting up.
Loves everything about tech and start-ups, sushi, wine, and shredding paper. Definitely shredding paper.
Victor
Managing partner
Victor is the managing partner and COO of the company.
Over the past three years, he has done everything from sales to project management to development. From strategy to lead acquisition to conversion, planning, implementation and relationship management, he’s the man for the job.
Aside from his work inside the company, he’s dedicating a large amount of his time trying to make a positive impact in the community by working with non-profit organisations. Whether he’s mentoring scholars or helping medical staff operate safely during the pandemic, he’s always up to something.
Has a unique sense of humour and loves penguins, lego and occasional city breaks in Rome.
Alina
Quality Assurance
Meet Alina, our awesome QA specialist, the glitch guru and testing titan of everything we put out. She has an affinity for finding errors somehow nobody sees, making her a vital asset to the crew.
She’s an avid pasta and cuisine lover who explores new countries and culinary traditions whenever possible. Loves sunsets, horseriding and making people laugh.
Hates green beans and running out of chocolate, but we can’t really blame her on the last one, can we?
Daria
Junior Software Developer
Daria’s decided to follow a career in programming due to her long-term interest in exact sciences.
In her free time, she likes to cook, read and paint. Especially paint. She paints pretty much everything she can get her hands on, including but not limited to canvas, clothes and other people’s faces.
She loves spending evenings with friends, Christmas, short jokes and dry humour. She also hopes that one day, she’ll be able to visit one iconic city every week.
When asked about what she dislikes, she mentioned superficiality, jokes that take too long to tell and sweetened coffee.
Alexandra
Operations Consultant
This is Lexi, our operations specialist.
Back in uni, she studied robotics but simultaneously discovered her passion for marketing through volunteer work, which she pursued further. Further on, she spent some time working on her own application just to prove herself that she can code.
She’s a jack of all trades, a firefighter and a way-too-well-organized person, so she makes a perfect fit for the operations department in our start-up. She’s an avid fantasy and sci-fi reader. You know, the big books you’d normally use to hold the door open. She even has plans to publish her very own fiction novel by the time she gets old.
Likes tennis, etymology and strategy board games and prefers piles of autumn leaves over mid-summer heat.
